These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Please be patient with us.

Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Shipping - US & INTERNATIONAL

Shipping arrival times may vary depending on the manufacturer of your selected item(s). We've partnered with multiple manufacturers to offer a wide range of high-quality products. Because of this, if you've ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

We will continue to evolve and offer more optimized and friendly solutions.

Most products take between 7–14 days to be made (sometimes less, occasionally more). Once ready, your items will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders containing only tanks, tees, or accessories (e.g., hats, socks) will have a flat shipping fee of $10.50.

  • If a sweater or hoodie is included in your order, the flat shipping fee will be $20.00.

Returns & EXCHANGES

All orders are FINAL. At this moment we do not accept returns. Please be patient with us. We are a very small business and will eventually evolve to offer a more flexible policy. Until then, if something doesn’t fit or you change your mind, re-gift it. :)

Defective Item

If there is a defective issue with your product, send an email to hellohandsomeshop@gmail.com.

What to include:

  • ‘Return + Order #’ in the subject email.

  • Photos and description of the defect.
